Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Lead Systems Engineer II** to act as a subject matter expert within Software, System, and Test Engineering.
You will work in Newtown, PA and various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
**Responsibilities**
+ Design, deploy, follow, explain and enhance defined ITIL/ ITSM processes within the team, as well as in linked teams
+ Initiate, design, manage implementation of solutions and processes
+ Work closely with the software development staff to design and build production systems
+ Provide 24x7 support, maintenance and improvement, and monitoring for production environments
+ Install, configure, and upgrade software, interface with vendors for technical support, upgrades, bug fixes, etc as necessary
+ Write and review support and end-user documentation
