Ensure the smooth functioning of the systems by coordinating with the team. Oversee the user acceptance testing and ensuring system is available for the end users
You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Driving and implementing Continuous Improvement Projects and innovation for their teams
- Plan and prepare weekly work schedule for colleagues in the team to ensure critical metric delivery
- First line team supervisory responsibility on process mentoring, on the job training, coordinating, and communicating as a process SME
- Drive data driven robust governance to ensure the system is setup with the right quality of data, resolving of bugs /
functionality issues & maintaining an accurate escalation matrix
