VAT Group is seeking a Supplier Development & Quality Engineer (Surface Treatment / Machining) in Haag, St. Gallen, CH.

You will own supplier quality and development for machining and high-purity surface treatments, drive supplier qualification, and manage audits and continuous improvement initiatives across international suppliers. The role requires 5–10+ years in supplier quality or development, hands-on experience in machining and surface treatment, and fluency in German and English.
