+ Provides technical leadership, driving consistency and competency through standardization of testing methods across Labs.
+ Communicates technical information in a manner which drives clear understanding, consistency and validity.
+ Identifies coaching, training and safety awareness opportunities and focuses on knowledge sharing.
+ Establishes specific criteria for competency skill sets for all Laboratory staff.
+ Advances global safety through identification of risks, and by collaborating with Labs & Operations Leadership to implement risk management strategies.
