Job Description
Farnham Swimming Club (FSC), based on the Surrey/Hampshire border, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Squad Coach to support the delivery of our competitive and development swimming programmes. Applicants should hold a Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate or ASA Level 2 Coaching Award. You’ll work closely with the Head Coach and wider coaching team to deliver high-quality training sessions, support swimmer progression, and help maintain a positive, inclusive, and performance‑driven environment. We are looking for someone as enthusiastic and passionate about swimming as we are. The role is an ideal opportunity for a successful candidate to bring new ideas to a highly successful programme and a growing club as we continue to go from strength to strength. FSC now has over 350 members and a record number of County, Regional, and National qualifiers.
