You'll partner closely with design, product, and engineering teams and be responsible for:
+ Developing content frameworks that scale across the product experience
+ Defining the voice, tone, and messaging strategy in alignment with brand guidelines
+ Creating intuitive, user-centered content that drives engagement and learning outcomes
+ Structuring information hierarchies and providing guidance around navigation to best support our users
