Overview Avantor is looking for an experienced IT Support Lead Specialist to support the planning, acquisition, installation, control, management and maintenance of the organization's local and wide area networks, computer systems, software, peripherals, and telecommunications.
The role is full‐time and based at Avantor US Business Center in Mexico City.
Responsibilities Work independently under minimal supervision, field incoming help requests and provide first‐level IT support.
Resolve or escalation incidents in a timely manner, track open incidents until closure, and provide updates within stipulated periods.
Perform onsite troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques, provide clear communication and customer support.
Observe, monitor, and report violation incidents of Avantor Global Security Policy.
Use Avantor IT ticket system to document tasks, create new tickets, and comply with SLA parameters.
