Lead Specialist - Investment Solutions (Client Management)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Mercer, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Lead Specialist – Investments Solution (OCIO – Client Management) We will count on you to: Take charge of the imminent delivery workflow coming in to IC Driving new business initiatives that are combination of research and delivery specs as known at the moment Stakeholder management Develop recommendations to hold/liquidate investment managers basis through research on manager performance, market developments and macro-economic environment Providing support to onshore consultants on a variety of topics including client queries in regards to performance analysis, strategic asset allocation advice, economic commentaries, document drafting and PowerPoint presentations.
