Lead Specialist

We are currently hiring a Lead Specialist to manage and optimize our lead nurture process through targeted email campaigns and support our newsletter creation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Exposure to technical/industry content (engineering, electronics, B2B tech, or similar).
• Proficiency with MailChimp, a similar email marketing platform, project‑management platforms (e.g., Monday), and CMS experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to catch inconsistencies in written content, layout, and design.
• Familiarity with graphics and a feel for design.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating with other stakeholders and departments.
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients.
