Westside Auto Wholesale is seeking a Lead Specialist for the Contact Centre in Perth, Australia. The role focuses on managing and allocating leads to the sales team and following up on inbound inquiries via phone, email, SMS and other digital channels.

All outbound calls are warm, with no cold calling required. You will drive customer retention by promoting service bookings and engaging with existing clients across omnichannel touchpoints.
