Position Scope

The Lead, Space Strategy - MAC is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of office space reconfigurations, employee moves, adds, and changes (MAC) across the OMERS and Oxford Head Office portfolio at 100 Adelaide Street West. This role provides operational ownership for workplace move management and ensures space changes are executed smoothly to support evolving business needs, workplace strategies, and tenant improvement initiatives. Working closely with internal partners and third‑party vendors, the Lead drives end‑to‑end implementation, resolves issues, and helps ensure work is delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
