Lead Sous Chef — High-Volume Food Production

Fortuna Foods is seeking a disciplined and dependable Sous Chef to lead day-to-day production in a high-volume, food-manufacturing environment where quality, consistency and food safety come first.

You will co-lead the daily execution of production lines, supervise station cooks, ensure recipes and SOPs are followed, maintain food safety and quality, and coordinate scheduling and materials between stations.
