Lead Solutions Architect

Role Description

We are seeking an 8+ years of experienced Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and evolution of a modern, secure, microservices-based enterprise platform supporting event management, HR, CRM, accounting, and partner ecosystems. This role is critical in ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of a distributed system built on Spring Boot, Node.Js, React, Kubernetes, API’s and cloud-native principles. The Lead Developer will act as the technical authority, guiding architecture decisions, enforcing best practices, mentoring teams, and working closely with product owners, security teams, and operations.
