Job Description
- Will be reporting to Sales Director and work closely with Lead, System Engineer and Project Manager.
- To identify, define, design, prepare and develop detailed designs including technical specifications to customers.
- Must be able to lead, manage, guide and mentor a Pre-Sales team that consists of Sales Coordinator and Sales Engineer in delivering documentation for tender or proposal submission.
- To provide guidance, assistance and knowledge sharing to the team in preparing documentation.
- To assist and coordinate with sales team in sales presentation and technical specifications for projects.
- Identify and propose best solutions and practices to customers based on subjects and issues.
- Write comprehensive technical specifications and proposals including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further enhancement.
