Summary of Role
The Lead Solution Consultant is responsible for the operational, administrative, and delivery management of the Solution Consultant team within the Center of Excellence (CoE). This role ensures that resources are effectively utilized, delivery timelines are met, and implementation work is executed with consistency, predictability, and efficiency. The role has a strong focus on capacity planning, occupancy control, delivery efficiency, and execution governance. While technical understanding of the solutions is required, the primary responsibility is to enable the team to deliver at scale through structure, planning, and accountability.
