Expert in technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Point of contact for clients throughout project timeline and ensures adequate training for client users. Advises clients on complex issues as they arise.

Essential Functions:

  • Dynamically solutions using Salesforce and nCino declarative and programmatic automation, data integrity, security, and UX tools when configuring or extending nCino, as well as articulate trade-offs and specializes in one area and deep understanding of multiple areas
  • Has practical knowledge of ancillary technologies within FinServ ecosystem
