Position overview
As a Lead Software Test Engineer, you will drive quality assurance strategy with a strong emphasis on AI-first testing, intelligent automation, and scalable test frameworks. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in automation, strong programming skills, and leadership capabilities to define and execute modern QA practices across products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and own Acceptance Testing processes within Agile/Scrum teams
Define, implement, and continuously improve QA strategy, standards, and best practices
Analyze user stories and technical requirements for feasibility, validity, and technical soundness
Translate requirements into clear acceptance criteria and comprehensive positive/negative test scenarios
Design, execute, and maintain functional and non-functional test cases
