Lead Software Engineer - QA
Location: Dublin / Hybrid
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer - QA to own and drive automated software validation across a complex, safety-critical technology platform. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on building scalable test frameworks, tooling, and validation infrastructure that enables teams to ship quickly with high confidence.
Quality is treated as a core engineering discipline, not a final checkpoint. You'll work closely with software engineering teams to embed robust testing and reliability practices across the full system.
