Lead Software Engineer

developing highly specialised computing solutions at the intersection of
software, hardware, and advanced systems engineering
. The company is entering a critical growth phase and is looking to appoint a
Lead Software Engineer
to take ownership of technical direction, team leadership, and execution.

This is a
hands-on leadership role
, suited to someone who enjoys setting strategy, guiding engineers, and acting as a key technical interface to senior stakeholders, while still remaining technically credible.
