As a Lead Backend Engineer you will be working for a leading fintech and tokenization infrastructure company is building a multi-broker trading middleware from the ground up. We need a senior backend engineer to own the entire system, from architecture through to production.

This is a deep technical role. You'll design and build the connectivity layer across multiple U.S. equity brokers, the order management system, the matching engine, and the reconciliation infrastructure. You'll work across FIX 4.2/4.4, REST, WebSocket, and proprietary broker SDKs, building a universal gateway that abstracts away broker-level differences behind a single high-performance interface.
