Job Description

Join us as a Lead Software Engineer. You will be focussing on architecting and maintaining large-scale observability solutions, with a strong emphasis on Open Telemetry. You will be instrumental in driving strategies for logs, metrics, and traces, ensuring our systems are robustly instrumented for actionable insights and reliability.

To be successful as Lead Software Engineer, you should have experience with:

  • Experience in large-scale observability for distributed systems.
  • Advanced expertise with Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of structured logging, metrics, and tracing across multiple programming languages (Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
  • Proven ability to develop and operationalise SLOs and SLIs using observability data.
