Role Summary As a Lead Software Engineer, Capital Markets and Factor Investing Technology, you will help develop and support the technical direction of technology and data initiatives within the organization. While ensuring strong collaboration and partnership with your business aligned product owner and Technology Area Lead, you will work with a diverse and talented team of engineers and analysts and have the end-to-end accountability for the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions and data-driven strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
