Description:
The Lead Engineer must take technical ownership of the development and engineering of the Company's platforms. This role is responsible for leading the design and delivery of a domain-driven design with an event-driven architecture, guiding engineers on architecture and standards, and acting as the primary technical interface between engineering, business, and operations. The Lead Engineer will ensure the platform is scalable, maintainable, and aligned to real operational workflows while maintaining high delivery standards across the team.
