Lead Developer Requirements

The Lead Developer is a member of the VHT Engineering team and is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of multiple applications running both on-premise and in the cloud. As a Lead Engineer may work with an architect to You will works closely with the Product team to refine and estimate user stories for new application functionality, participates in deployment and production support activities for the applications in the portfolio. You will play a key role in guiding and mentoring junior members of the team while enforcing best practices for the team.

Lead several medium to large sized projects with small teams. Must have superior problem-solving skills

Expertise in multiple programming languages with good database and SQL skills.
