Lead Software Engineer & AI Architect

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer and AI Architect to strengthen our team with deep technical expertise. You will influence our software engineering direction, help redesign and modernize key systems, and drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities to significantly improve automation across our global factory backbone (1,500+ servers). This is a hands‑on role where you will combine strong software architecture leadership with practical AI implementation to reduce manual support, significantly increase automation and keep our factories secure.
