As a Squad Lead, you’ll sit at the centre of delivery driving technical quality, supporting the squad, and championing effective Agile practices. This hybrid role blends team leadership, coaching, and hands on engineering across our C#, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Docker based solutions.
