I'm working with a highly renown consultancy that has a large presence within tech‑for‑good organisations, including public and private sector organisations within civil defence, health‑care and sustainable energy. They're looking for multiple Lead Developers (tech agnostic) to lead end‑to‑end delivery of major components or entire services, overseeing architecture, design, development and continual improvement, as well as mentoring junior members of the team. They're also looking for Senior Developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end technical ownership of large‑scale services, from architecture and design to delivery and continual improvement.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient delivery.
