Lead Shipper/Receiver 
Location: New Hartford, NY
Schedule: Full-time
Pay Range: $27.00 – $37.00/hour (based on experience)

A growing and fast-paced organization in the Capital Region is seeking an experienced Lead Shipper/Receiver to provide hands-on leadership across shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations. This individual will play a key role in driving consistency, accountability, and efficiency while supporting daily logistics and material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily shipping and receiving operations
  • Set priorities based on production schedules, customer needs, and deadlines
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments and receipts
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues
