In order to support HSSE Manager with daily operational tasks, our client is looking for a Lead SHE Engineer.



Organisatie

  • Reports to: on a functional level: Polymer Asset Manager, HSSE Manager — on a hierarchical level: HSSE Manager The backup is: Plant Safety Advisor.
  • Manage SHE services in support of meeting legislative requirements and in response to performance issues or changes in the regulatory environment.
  • Develop and implement an effective SHE program for the site.
  • Monitor the performance and take action as required.
  • Ensure site reports and operates in line with company’s Directory.

  • Lead the HSSE department to ensure continuous improvement so that the site achieves its annual SHE performance objectives.
