Description We’re looking for a seasoned ServiceNow expert who can confidently own the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions. The person will drive real impact through powerful integrations, CMDB mastery, and ITIL-aligned innovation across our fast-growing teams.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide development and support for ServiceNow platform issues, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with process consultants to align platform capabilities with ITIL best practices.
  • Manage and optimize ensuring data integrity and alignment with configuration management processes.
