We are launching a strategic initiative to modernize, automate, and manage IT services, operations, and other critical business functions by transitioning to a new, out-of-the-box ServiceNow instance. This effort aligns with industry standards to enhance regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
As part of this transformation, we are building agile teams to support the ServiceNow platform across the following modules:
+ IT Asset Management
+ IT Operations
+ IT Service Management
+ Enterprise Service Management
+ Employee Experience
+ IT Portfolio Management
Work Execution Overview
+ The program is foundational and may impact numerous use cases.
+ Engagement with key stakeholders will evolve as dependencies and impacts are identified.
