Job Description

Position Responsibilities: 

+ The Lead Service Technician is responsible for training service technicians, providing on-site technical support, calibrating equipment, and troubleshoot cold drink equipment issues

+ The Lead Service Technician provides technical advice for customers, business partners and service technicians to provide expertise and provide on-site technical support to team members as needed

+ You will also communicate discrepancies regarding open Purchase Orders and Disputed Invoice Tracking System to maintain an accurate parts inventory

+ Other duties as assigned



Required Education and Experience: 
+ High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience


Preferred Education and Experience: 

+ Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
