Lead / Senior Process Engineer

The Lead / Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for process design, engineering execution, and technical leadership of packaged compressor systems including Reciprocating, Screw, Vane, Centrifugal, and Liquid Ring compressors. The role involves preparation and review of process deliverables, safety studies, equipment sizing, vendor coordination, and client interface to ensure compliant, safe, and optimized package design. Role also requires to lead Junior Process Engineers and review their calculations and documentations. Key Responsibilities Lead Junior Process Engineers review Client specs and develop of PFDs, P&IDs, Process Design Basis, control philosophy, and cause & effect diagrams, settle out calculations, blowdown calculations etc. Perform process calculations, including compressor selection and frame sizing, pump sizing, line sizing, and utility requirement estimation.
