Working a 4 on, 4 off days only pattern, you will lead the day shift operation while overseeing overall guarding performance across both day and night teams.
You will also receive full training to support and manage the client’s Security Control Room.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 8–10 Security Guards across a 24/7 guarding operation. Ensure daily guarding standards, compliance, and staffing levels are consistently met. Take ownership of incident management, providing clear command and control when required. Support, monitor, and escalate issues relating to technical security systems. Build strong working relationships with the client and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and adherence to assignment instructions.
