Drive security excellence at Kingsway Mall as the Lead Security Manager. Champion safety protocols, emergency management, and stakeholder relations to create a secure environment for all.
This role focuses on providing comprehensive security leadership across the mall. You'll be responsible for developing strategic emergency plans while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your ability to lead teams and engage with stakeholders will be essential in fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for tenants and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance emergency and life safety plans
• Coach security supervisors for effective service delivery
• Monitor third-party security contractor standards
• Foster relationships with community service providers
• Manage security technology systems effectively
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of security experience, preferably retail
• 3-5 years in a leadership role
• First Aid & CPR certification required
