Summary About the Position: Serve as Lead Security Guard, GS-0085-07 at Tooele Army Depot. Responsibilities Responsible for safeguarding government personnel, property, and technologies against such threats as: unlawful entry, sabotage, espionage, theft, accidental or willful damage, and destruction. Grant access to those individuals that have met screening requirements and demonstrate a need to access the installation. Provide significant support to the overall installation Antiterrorism/ Force Protection (AT/FP) capability. Makes daily assignments to ensure that guard coverage is provided to assigned patrol areas. Instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques and provide on-the-job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures.
