Summary:
Closely working with technology, marketing, ADE and sales to develop novel functional coating solutions for consumer, industrial and automotive applications.
Responsibilities Include:
Development of thermally or irradiation-curable coating solutions based on siloxane-, acrylate-, PU-chemistries or hybrids to meet the fast-growing need in the Consumer Electronics and Automotive market space.Development of protective and functional glass-coating solutions. Development of methods and new chemistries for the functionalization of particles and various types of surfaces. Independently executes with occasional guidance multiple projects aligned with the business needs and the segment strategy from the product concept to the commercialization stage.Executes literature reviews, IP landscape searches, patentability assessmen...
