✅ 6+ years in Sanctions Screening
✅ 2+ years leading a 25+ member team
✅ Strong knowledge of OFAC, UN, EU & Global Sanctions
✅ Experience in Transaction Screening, Name Screening & Alert Investigation
✅ Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
