Lead the technical design and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Order Management (SOM) solutions.
Architect and all the SOM related Objects and Workflows.
Design and build orchestration flows for order capture, fulfilment, cancellation, return, and payment processing.
Develop and maintain automation using Flow, Apex, and Composite APIs for complex order lifecycle management.
Integrate SOM with external systems (ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, SFCC, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Create scalable data models and ensure data integrity across order transactions.
