Lead Rough Sleepers Outreach Workers

Job Overview

We are recruiting Lead Rough Sleepers Outreach Workers to join our award‑winning outreach team, providing housing and support solutions to the most complex and vulnerable people in Birmingham. The role is fixed‑term, working 37.5 hours a week Monday‑Sunday with two shifts (18:00–02:00 and 06:00–14:00).

Responsibilities

• Undertake extensive foot and vehicle outreach in all weathers across Birmingham.
• Support clients rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping on the streets.
• Work professionally with a range of statutory and voluntary agencies.

Requirements

• Understand the issues, causes and solutions to rough sleeping.
• Possess a valid right to work in the UK and provide documentation at interview (e.g., passport).
• Be a qualified car driver and willing to drive outreach vehicles.
