    · Lead risk & policy for all existing SME lending products, build risk and policy framework for new line of businesses and evolving use cases (Ticket Size ranging from 1L-100L)

    · Maintain credit quality of assigned portfolios. Ensure credit loss and credit cost is within projected levels on all such portfolios

    · Design/develop/credit policies, new programs, processes, products from risk management perspective, in line with best industry practices & business opportunity - Professional Loans, OD, Secured SME Lending, Merchant Lending

    · Lead, modify & release amendments in the policies and programs across all business lending products with an optimal mix of underwriting concepts and use of data science tools like: - risk score cards, statistical models to help Business have competitive edge in the...
