The mission of the Lead, Retail Excellence at Cozey

As Lead, Retail Excellence reporting to the Director, Retail Strategy & Operations, you are the guardian of the Cozey in-store experience. Your first job is to make sure our values are lived and upheld in every store, so customers get the same elevated experience wherever they shop.
