Murphy is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work with Energy on the GGP at Glaslyn, Porthmadog.

The role involves managing commercial aspects, negotiating contracts, and developing staff while ensuring optimal performance and monitoring project costs.

The successful candidate should preferably be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and possess excellent knowledge of contract standards. A generous benefits package is offered, including 27 days holiday and a contributory pension scheme.
