Job Description

a)

  • Poses Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience in BOQ estimation in underground stations, Viaduct, Elevated station, and Tunnels projects.
  • Proficiency in Using Quantity Surveying Software- Blue beam, Cost X, AutoCAD or any equivalent.
  • Thorough Knowledge on Material Specifications IRS/IRC/IS and other international codes.
  • Thorough knowledge on bar bending schedule and relevant provision of code.
  • Knowledge on shop drawing checking and coordination with stakeholder. 
  • Preparing BOQ & Cost estimation for COS (Change of Scope) items according to Client specifications.
  • Collaborating with site and project control teams to Prepare and regularly update AQE vs JQE reports, mitigating potential project risks.
