The Lead Quality Engineer will focus on improving internal software quality processes, leadership and organisation of QE teams across Enabling Platforms and support business & technical Platforms initiatives testing in Enabling Platform (and potentially other BU’s Initiative as required) through the full Agile SDLC.
Make an Impact by:
Collaborate with Quality Engineering COE and other QE Leads to drive process improvements and ensure that the QE function continues to ‘shift left’.Overseeing QE engineers in the EP platforms organization and provide mentorship and guidance engineers where necessary, in accordance with a move toward agility and automation.Assess the application platforms portfolio in Enabling Platforms, identifying where best to apply your expertise to improve the level of quality in releases.Review and assess the skillsets of quality engineers, identifying training n...
