- Communicate with end-customer, service and internal stakeholders in case of any claim or quality notification
- Coordinate and handle of internal and external customer claims within Birmingham Plant
- Ensure serial production quality assurance activities such as internal process release, part and process approval procedure, engineering changes, concession, product audit and lessons learned activities
- Lead external claims and internal quality management team, MRB-IDC and tollgate teams
- Take role in problem solving team and/or lead problem solving team in case of any customer complaint and/or internal quality problem
- Support manufacturing in handling of internal technical failures
- Support manufacturing for any quality related topics by participating Q-Table meeting and performing Q-oriented process confirmation
