Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead in our quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The QA Lead will define testing strategies, coordinate QA activities, mentor team members, and work closely with development, product, and business teams. A strong focus on API testing is required to ensure integration and system functionality.
Work timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the QA team, including task assignments, performance reviews, and mentorship.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Oversee all phases of testing, including functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and UAT.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and expectations.
Identify, track, and report defects and coordinate resolution with development teams.
