Job Description

  • Lead planning and execution of complex testing, including automation across test types.

  • Oversee QA work of others; provide expertise and escalate issues as needed.

  • Lead test strategy, test plans, prioritization, traceability, and reporting; manage competing priorities with stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement in test practices/tools and reliability/coverage.

  • Coach/mentor and allocate tasks; support team development.

  • Demonstrate ability to create comprehensive test plans, including a variety of test types.

  • Proficiency in test management tools such as TestRail and integrations with other tools such as Jira.

  • Profound understanding of test types and paradigms as well as test automation and basic programming.
