Lead, Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive quality across our delivery projects as part of the Shared Services function. In this role, you will oversee test planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and strong delivery standards.

You’ll play a key role in advancing our testing approach—focusing on automation, repeatability, and improving test coverage across solution configuration, model tuning, deployment validation, and reusable service components.

You will collaborate closely with Professional Services, Engineering, and SaaS Operations teams to ensure releases are reliable, scalable, and aligned with customer expectations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical depth, attention to detail, and the ability to guide and mentor testers across projects.
