We are a fast-growing marketing agency specialized in beauty clinics in the Netherlands and Belgium.
We are looking for a structured and consistent Virtual Assistant who will qualify new leads daily and initiate our outreach workflow.
This is not a creative role.
This is a systematic execution role based on a fixed SOP.
What You'll Do (Daily Tasks – ±2 hours per day)
Process 20 new leads per day
Move leads from our database into the New Lead pipeline
Review their website
Find and review their Instagram account
Qualify leads (based on fixed criteria)
Professional appearance
Growth potential
No beginners
No large enterprise brands
Score between 5–9/10
Start the Instagram workflow
Day 1: Follow the account + write a short research note for the appointment setter
Day 2: Like 2 posts
Day 3: Leave 1 relevant comment
From Day 4 onward, our appointment setter takes over the DM outreach.
